Academy – Institution
Evaluation Committee

The Evaluation Committee, composed of three members with different expertise, two of whom are chosen among external experts, including foreigners, with proven qualifications in the field of evaluation, is established by a resolution of the Board of Directors, after consultation with the Academic Council, i.e., the Professors’ Assembly, upon first implementation.
The Evaluation Committee verifies the compliance of results with objectives. In particular, it:
-
is responsible for evaluating the results of teaching and research activities, as well as the overall functioning of the institution, including comparative analyses of costs and benefits to verify the optimal use of resources;
-
prepares an annual report on the institution’s activities and functioning, based on general criteria established by the Committee for the Evaluation of the University System, after consultation with CNAM; this report is submitted annually to the Ministry and serves as the reference framework for the allocation of financial contributions;
-
periodically collects, while maintaining anonymity, students’ opinions on teaching activities, reporting them in the annual report.
The Evaluation Committee is guaranteed operational autonomy, the right to access the necessary data and information, as well as the publicity and dissemination of acts, in compliance with regulations protecting confidentiality.
