Academy – Institution
Quality Committee

The Quality Assurance System (QA) consists of the activities carried out by the students, teaching staff, and technical-administrative staff of the Urbino Academy of Fine Arts in order to:
• verify whether the objectives of Education (Teaching), Research, and Third Mission (social impact) set by the Academy are properly pursued;
• promptly intervene to correct, if necessary, the actions and policies in place, thereby implementing a process of continuous improvement.
The Academy’s quality process is inspired by the guidelines set out in the European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance (ESG 2015) within the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). In Italian legislation, these are applied through Ministerial Decrees concerning ‘Self-assessment, evaluation, and initial and periodic accreditation of locations and degree courses,’ as well as guidelines issued by ANVUR.
