First Semester (winter): 31/07/2017

Once the application deadline is over, the International Office selects student applications based on:

1-Places availability
2-Portfolio
3-Italian language Skills
4-Balance & reciprocity of exchanges

Lecture periods 2017-2018 (semester dates):

First semester: 16th October – 9th February

Second semester: 05th March – 22nd June

Examinations:

Winter exam session: 12th February – 23rd February

Summer exam session: 25th June – 6th July

Vacation:
Christmas holidays: 23rd December  – 06th January
Easter holidays: 29th March  – 4th April

Do you offer Italian language courses to Erasmus students at no extra charge?
The Fine Arts Academy of Urbino offers free Italian language class to Erasmus incoming students. They can attend a language course at “Lingua ideale”: please visit http://www.linguaideale.it/ for more informations.

Can you tell me some information about accommodation?
We do not provide any accommodation.
Our Regional Authority for the Right to Education (E.R.S.U. di Urbino) provides dormitories for students.

A place in single or double room costs around 250 euro per month, a deposit can be asked to the student.
If you want to apply for university dormitories, please fill this Form and include it in your application pack.
Our student’s office will forward your housing form to the administrative office of the dormitories.

Notice that University dorms are managed by our Regional Institute for the Right to Education, we only forward the request of reservation for the student who ask for it.
The Institute can ask a deposit for the study period in Urbino.

Your application pack have to include:
Application form
Learning agreement (2 copies)
Cd portfolio
Letter of motivation (English version)
Curriculum vitae (English version)
Housing form (only if you want to stay in university dormitories)
Copy of passport or Identity card

No changes are allowed on the “Learning Agreement” after a month of the beginning of the semester.
